The pool measures 12 X 4 metres, is 1 metre deep at the shallow end and about 2 metres at the other end, which makes it unsuitable for very young children unless supervised.  Solar heating maintains a water temperature in the upper twenties.  Around the poolside there is a slide, pool steps at the shallow end and a fresh water shower to provide rinse off.  The area also has several sun loungers and parasols to help enjoy the Spanish climate.  For that late evening dip there is underwater lighting. The pool is for the SOLE USE OF THE VILLA, and is unavailable from October to April.

At the rear of the property is an outside dining area, with a charcoal brick - built barbecue with cooking utensils, built in seating and preparation table, and a five place table and chairs to provide flexible seating arrangements. It is the responsibility of the user to keep the barbecue area tidy, and provide the charcoal. Adjacent to this area are some washing lines to air clothes and towels.

Your apartment will have been cleaned before your stay. Bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied, and beach towels can be hired.  Pets may be considered out of season.

The first floor of the Villa is never let out, but in the summer months is used by the owner, and occasionally a few family members.  We share the pool and barbecue, but try not to be too intrusive.
